Rose was a professional detective and former childhood friend of Fred Jones.
Physical appearance[]
Rose is a Caucasian female in her late teens, with long blonde hair, which is tied into a ponytail. Rose wears a purple jacket, black pants, a purple belt, and black boots. She also applies lipstick and purple eye shadow.
As a child, she also wore a similar outfit when Donald Jones was captured, only with a skirt instead of pants. She also wore a skeleton costume on one Halloween night before that time, with a painted skull face. She also had chin-length hair that curled around her ears.
Personality[]
Rose is determined in her work as a detective not caring about the feelings of others or friendship. She had once worked with Fred until he found out that Professor Huh? was his dad, and was too afraid to arrest his own father leading Rose to do what he couldn't do.
Several years later, Rose found out that Professor Huh? had escaped and assembled her own team to find him. Rose committed crimes that Professor Huh? appeared responsible for until her downfall.[1] Rose was very competitive with Fred as her main adversary, but she acknowledges that Fred did great work with figuring out everything that had happened.[1]

Early life[]
On one Halloween, she went trick-or-treating with Fred and his cousin, Scott McDoon, when they were little. She didn't seem to have much ambition compared to Fred then.[2]
She and Fred tried to solve the mystery of Professor Huh?, but when Fred found out it was his father, he wouldn't, but Rose didn't have any qualm and told the police about Mr. Jones, becoming an instant tween celebrity detective overnight that continued into her teenage years.
Then she found out the top cases Fred had been getting the cases she wanted for free. So, she started setting Fred up with the thefts at Safety Springs, and the hijacking of the Mystery Machine.[1]

Season two[]
After Fred stopped the Mystery Machine, she sent an anonymous text saying how she was impressed and not to be underestimated, before warning him that she would watch his back, but the auto-correct kept on changing it to "yogurt."[3]
Rose returned as Fred's newest competitor and adversary against his gang while trying to recapture Professor Huh?[4]
